1970 Brazil coach Mário Zagallo replaced the sacked João Saldanha.
Saldanha promoted falsely to media that Pelé had a vision problem and started to irritate Pelé in training camp spelling negative comments and made it very toxic that media has all the leaks from the camp!
Zagallo replaced Saldanha and told Pelé in the face: “I want you to help me winning the world-cup 1970 in Mexico. I see that you are bored and down but I know who you are!” -documented in the movie.
Pelé did it: Pelé assisted the team with his kind efforts to bring the world-cup 1970 to Brazil.
The leadership lessons that has been affirmed is: share the vision, trust your team players, protect their pitfalls, get their morale up, and they will KICK IT!
